    Dirt Finders Maid Service supplies all the necessary cleaning equipment to get the job done efficiently. However, if you have a preferred product or tool, we're happy to accommodate your request!

  • What do I do before the cleaners arrive at my home?

    Please don't feel the need to "clean" before we arrive, but we do ask that you "tidy up." A clutter-free space allows us to focus on delivering a detailed and high-quality clean. Kindly note that we do not handle dishes or laundry, so please have the dishes put away and the sink clear before our arrival.

  • Will you clean while my pets are home?

    Yes, we are more than happy to clean while your pets are home! However, if you think your pet may become anxious during the cleaning, we recommend making temporary arrangements, such as placing them in the garage, their kennel, or a closed room. Please note that for the health and safety of our team, we do not clean up after sick pets or pet-related accidents.

  • How long before the furniture can be put back after the carpet has been cleaned?

    Drying times can vary, but we recommend ensuring the area is completely dry before placing furniture back to avoid any potential damage.

  • Is carpet cleaning safe for my kids and pets?
